Workplaces are increasingly spaces for communication — beginning with corporate identity — and human connection. They must encourage interaction and collaboration while contributing to people’s wellbeing.
Workplaces are increasingly spaces for communication — beginning with corporate identity — and human connection. They must encourage interaction and collaboration while contributing to people’s wellbeing.
These principles underpin the projects developed by Studio Lauria Network in Italy and abroad, from Motorola’s headquarters in São Paulo and the interiors of Universidad Santo Tomás in Bogotá to the preliminary plan for the Italian Customs Agency’s offices within the prestigious Villa di Rusciano in Florence.
A significant milestone was the practice’s second-place result in the competition for the Tuscany Regional Government’s Third Tower, as part of the team led by Corvino+Multari. The experience strengthened Studio Lauria’s ability to work on complex public and office buildings, with particular attention to rehabilitation, extension and urban quality.
Office design requires a rigorous method: analysis of circulation, acoustic and lighting comfort, sustainable building-services design and, above all, modularity and flexibility. By integrating architecture and engineering, Studio Lauria Network creates efficient and representative workplaces capable of supporting the growth of businesses, institutions and highly complex organisations. In a market that values hybrid and adaptable environments, architecture becomes a competitive advantage as well as an investment in human capital. From the floor plan to the smallest detail, every decision supports performance and image.
Aware of the challenges of globalisation, we draw on Italian creativity to develop projects that respect and enhance local identities and cultures.
