Ecotourism in Cartagena

Studio Lauria, in collaboration with its own Bogota office, developed the master plan for an area of ​​101 hectares north of Cartagena, on the Caribbean coast. The land extends perpendicular to the ocean line and rises up to the first hills. The road leading to Barranquilla separates the area in half. The project is mainly for tourism use with the creation of various hospitality formats: beach resorts, hotels and villas on the hills. The intervention was designed using sustainability and energy self-sufficiency tools.
