From 1998 to 2000, the former Stazione Leopolda, recently recovered with a new entrance designed by Gae Aulenti, hosted the Florentine version of the “Fringe Festival”, twin of the original one of Edinburgh.
Studio Lauria managed the design and organization of the exhibition spaces.
The Festival then moved, in 2001, to the Cascine Park and to the near Tobacco Factory.
